Directions from South on I-5

  • From the south on I-5, continue on I-5 past Southcenter Shopping Mall
  • 1st exit after passing the mall – Exit 156 ( State Route 599-West Marginal Freeway ).
  • Continue on this freeway 5 – 6 miles to the end of the freeway at the stoplight.
  • The stoplight is S. Holden St. ( South Park Industrial Area ) and you will make a Right on to Holden St.
  • Continue one bock to the stop sign at 5th and Holden St.
  • For the office turn Right on Holden St. and left at the Fountain
  • For shipping and receiving, continue through stop sign to 7th and Holden

Directions from North on I-5 or from Westbound I-90

  • From the north, continue southbound through the downtown area.
  • From I-90, continue west to the end of I-90 and then southbound on I-5.
  • Take exit 162 for Corson Ave toward Michigan St
  • Merge onto Corson Ave S
  • Turn right at S Michigan St
  • Take the ramp onto WA-509 S/WA-99 S/1st Ave S Bridge
  • Take the exit toward South Park
  • Continue onto W Marginal Way
  • Turn left at WA-99 N
  • Continue onto 2nd Ave S
  • Continue onto S Holden St
  • Turn right at 5th Ave S
  • Take the 1st left onto S Portland St. Destination will be on the left

Directions from Sea-Tac airport rental garage to The Gear Works

  • From the rental car garage drive north on Airport Way, follow the “To Freeways” sign.
  • Proceed to “Burien” on West 518, two miles to end of freeway
  • Take “State Route 509 North Seattle” exit, just before the stoplight at the end of freeway.
  • Follow State Route 509 north approximately 4 miles.
  • Exit Right on “99 South, West Marginal Way” exit.
  • Continue straight through the stop light on Holden St.
  • Proceed one block to stop sign on 5th Ave, turn right (South) on 5th Ave.
  • Proceed one block to Portland St, turn left at the fountain to the front of The Gear Works building.
