The Gear Works Quality Control

At The Gear Works, we've been working to and beyond AGMA specifications for years, our quality system has also been growing and maturing with registration to ISO 9001. We undertook the registration process as another way to improve the quality of all that we do. While working on preparation for this registration we found that we already had many good practices that only need the addition of documentation. We passed our registration audit on the first try, and our last surveillance with no assessments. The Gear Works is a job shop that specializes in small quantity short turn around jobs. To meet our customers expectations we have a veriety of machines, tooling, and highly skilled and experienced personnel to run them. The quality of our product is dependent on the people involved, our people take responsibility to produce the quality product you expect. The inspectors of the QC Department are involved in the manufacturing process to verify and achieve conformance to customer and Gear Works requirements. There's only one thing we want you to think about when it comes to gears and gear products, and that's our name. Look for The Gear Works and the ISO 9001 Quality System Registration to be sure you're getting what you bargained for!
